This policy explains what personal data UniRanking LLC FZ collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us through one of our three forms:

• Contact enquiry — name, email, institution, role, phone, and your message.
• University Health Check — institution details, your contact details, your answers to the assessment, and any document you choose to upload.
• Discovery call request — name, email, institution, phone, topic and preferred time.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not buy or sell contact data.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare for a conversation with you, and to assess how we might help your institution. Health Check answers are used to produce your readiness result and to inform any follow-up discussion.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and assessment data, including any document you upload, is kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Who else sees it

The website and its submission storage are hosted by Cloudflare. Enquiries are received and kept in UniRanking LLC FZ's own Google Workspace. Both act only on our instructions. Nobody else sees your data — we do not share it, and we do not sell it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email support@unisranking.com and we will act on the request. UniRanking LLC FZ is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
